Within every given definition of effective, one finds the word produce. Effective associations are such organizations that deliver a product. Groups with a clearly defined mission statement, organizational structure to manifest the mission statement and the appropriate program management necessary for implementation.

The final necessity for an effective association is honest assessment and evaluation.  Does this organization matter? Are we achieving what we set out to accomplish? Is our mission relevant?
